Hey teens! Come join us for Winter Jam 2012! There will be awesome Christian bands like Skillet and Sanctus Real as well as great speaker like Nick Hall. Cost is only $10. We are in the process of gearing up to send our local heroes a “Hugs from Home” Christmas package. We are in need of bags of SNACK size candy bars and homemade cookies (in a disposable container) to send to them. Please place them in the box in the lobby (By the Operation Cross wall hanging) by Sunday, Nov. 20, so that we can get them in the mail around Thanksgiving. also, if you are a former veteran and would be willing to write a letter of encouragement please sign up in the Welcome Center.  *There will also be a meeting on Monday, November 21 in the Welcome Center for anyone interested in helping.

Every year thousands of children celebrate Christmas without any gifts. Please make a difference by taking a child’s name off the Christmas tree in the Welcome Center, buying a gift for that child, then placing the gift with the child’s name tag on it  under the tree. All presents are due back by Sunday, Nov. 27, at the latest.
